This is a custom built diesel minibike from TANKCO Custom Engineering. It has a 196cc Yanmar 168F air cooled diesel engine with manual pull start. It has an automatic centrifugal clutch, twist to go squeeze to stop. Max rider weight 250lbs. Max speed 25mph. It is only 68lbs, very small and portable. Comes with a 2″ receiver hitch adapter so it can be mounted on the bumper of any vehicle with a standard trailer hitch. Gets hundreds of miles to the gallon.
