Harley Davidson “Good Vibrations”

2009 Harley Davidson FXCWC Rocker C “Good Vibrations” with 8400 miles on the clock. The bike went through a ground up custom build by Shaw Speed and Custom in Lewes near Brighton in 2012, The custom paint work was done by Image Design Custom in Camberley. It had a 5 page review in American V magazine (which is included in the sale)

I’ve owned the bike since 2013, it’s never seen rain, only been out in the sun. handles well and pulls like a train.

The bike has been SORN’ed for the last 1½ years as a work related injury stopped me from riding it. It’ll come with a fresh MOT and I’ve just changed the oil and filter. It has some HD service history, I’ve serviced it myself in recent years.

Also included in the sale is a £300 bike lift, various tools I’ve acquired over the years which are Harley specific, a dead cool Joe King open face helmet, log book, 2 x keys and fobs and a trickle charger.

Specifications

• Engine – Harley Davidson TC96B 1584cc with Roland Sands Design rocker boxes and clarity cam cover. billet pushrod tubes anodised by Shaw Speed and Custom.
• Fuelling  – OEM fuel injection with Joker Machine air cleaner
• Pipes – Vance and Hines straight shot big radius. custom baffles for the “louder Harley sound” quiet baffles included for MOT’s, takes 2 minutes to change out.
• Open Primary – Performance Machine, anodised by Shaw.
• Frame OEM with a La Rosa swing arm bag
• Forks – OEM, Thunderbike flip top yoke, lowered with Burley Slammers, tubes coated with black Nitride.
• Handlebars – Fehling monkey hangers.
• Front wheel – 21 inch Roland Sands Design Judge, contrast cut with matching rotor. New Avon Cobra 120/70 tyre
• Rear wheel – OEM anodised black with MoonEyes Disc’s for the solid wheel look. New Avon Cobra 240/40 tyre.
• Rear fender – One of, made by Shaw. with Image Design paint.
• Seat – Roland Sands seat pan on Thunderbike solid mounts, leather work by Shaw.
• Instruments – Modified centre console by Shaw with Dakota digital speedo.
• Hand controls – OEM with Performance Machine grips, anodised by Shaw.
• Foot controls – Performance Machine with anodised end caps by Shaw.
• Rear lights – relocated to swing arm with stop/tail/indicator LED’s
• License plate – side mounted with half size plate. Full size plate is included for MOT’s

The bad bit!!

• A bit of the custom paint on the oil tank, under the seat, is flaking off and will need some attention.
