Here we have another absolutely stunning new build for sale.
This R100 has unbelievable mirror like deep gloss and gold metal flake paintwork YSS Black series adjustable suspension, bluetooth ignition, killer stance and so much more…
Where to start on this, the original bike started off as a lovely well cared for r100 before being completely stripped of every nut and bolt.
Everything was then stripped back to bare metal, shaved of any unnecessary weight, metal tabs and parts, rear subframe battery tray rear exhaust and foot peg hangers etc.. then all smoothed out for an uncluttered look.
One of our hand made subframes was then fabricated and welded to the frame. After all metal work was completed on the frame it was then professionally painted with several coats of beautiful deep gloss 2k black.
The Front Forks were stripped down, lowered and rebuilt with new springs seals , fluids and gators, then painted to match the frame.
The Swing arm and bevel gear were stripped, and then taken back to bare metal and rebuilt with new gasket’s fluids, rubbers/stainless hardware, filler and drain bolts then painted in the beautiful deep gloss black to match the frame and forks.
Wheels were stripped and rebuilt , powder coated gloss black then new Shinko old style tyres and tubes fitted and balanced.
The Engine and was completely stripped, inspected, vapour blasted and then rebuilt and reconditioned ,new timing chain, new valves, gaskets and seals , stainless push rod tubes and fasteners used. A custom airbox delete now housing a small lightweight hidden lithium Battery .
Gearbox completely stripped and reconditioned
Then all professionally painted Matte black.
New clutch kit fitted
Carbs completley stripped and sonically cleaned then rebuilt with new jets, diaphragms , o rings, gaskets
floats and springs.
Stainless Choke conversion.
New pod style air filters.
Custom made exhaust pipes, wrapped.
The Petrol tank was stripped back to bare metal flow lined then painted in deep Gloss black then several coats of gold metal flake shot over the top and buried in lots of show clear, this really stunning when then sun shines, it really pops. New badges , Billet alloy filler cap, new fuel taps lines and filters.
One off hand made seat finished in fluted black leather.
And a Custom made rear under tray and numberplate hanger finish off the rear end.
Reynolds custom motorcycles/walzwerk lightweight billet alloy top yoke now with the ability to drop the forks through for that angry stance and sharpen the steering a little,
New handlebars and grips
Upgraded Brembo master cylinder and levers.
New throttle assembly along with new throttle cables and clutch cable.
New switch gear with wiring running through the bars along with a Motogadget mini digital speedo/rev counter completes the cockpit.
Lighting is taken care of with an LED front light and hot rod style rear light,

Electrics are powered by a Motogadget M unit blue this basically turns everything from analogue to digital.
Keyless ignition , Downloadable App for your phone so you can then use your phone as an ignition key and also alter parameters on the bike like how the indicators flash, lighting operates etc.. set up service intervals. Activate the alarm immobiliser tracker and so on.
Complete new custom wiring loom.
Also a hidden rf ignition key supplied and fitted in case your phone is flat
New Ignition leads and plugs.
Brembo Brake callipers have been completely stripped and rebuilt with new seals and rubbers, new Hell braided Brake lines, Uprated Brembo floating brake discs and pads.
Rear suspension is taken care of with a fully adjustable YSS Black series rear shock.
Stainless mounting parts and fasteners used all round
Zero miles since build, this is essentially a brand new bike
The bike comes with all original documents which include every MOT certificate and tax disc from new!!
1000s of hours labour is involved in building a showstopper like this, it rides and sounds as good as it looks.
Please do not confuse this bike with a generic e bay bolt together off the shelf badly fitted parts BMW cafe racer, we have been building customs for nearly 30 years and the last 15 solely on BMWs
The bike will come with 12 moths MOT for the new owner
