This bike is based on a 2006 sportster 1200 on 17k miles , bike has been stripped back and a lot of time and work has been rebuilt into the Flat Tracker style that you see in the pictures with the following work . Fully road legal and MOT.
Rear Frame arms chopped shorter and welded up .
Original wheel hubs stripped , powder coated and professionally rebuilt by Central Wheels into 19 inch (front and rear ) with new bearings , double butted spokes and British Chrome rims.
Full (very rare) Buell Racing front end with WP Buell USD forks (all brand new seals and fork oil) Buell triple tree and yokes .
Adjustable YSS rear shocks .
Buell racing 6 pot front brake caliper , new brake line, new fluid all running off a larger master cylinder from a newer model Harley Fatboy
New Galfer wavy oversized front disc .
Koso digital EX02 Speedo with current miles and all warning lights . Discretely hidden behind the number board.
New Mitas Flat Track Road tyres. 130 front and 140 rear, with New heavy duty inner tubes .
Fully Handmade one off stainless TIG welded exhausts .
Ram Air foam air filter and custom mount with oil breathers and filter .
Tank professionally painted up in metallic blue with custom decals all lacquered over .
Custom reinforced Flat Track rear seat unit with custom made seat in black Alcantara with orange stitching .
New LSL Flat Tracker handlebars with new bilrwell grips and Moto Gadget bar end indicators .
3 in 1 rear lights , side mounted number plate with LED light .
Flat Tracker number board with high / low headlight .
Bike has also had new Harley spec 20/50 engine oil , new oil filter , new spark plugs and leads, New nuetral switch, carb all re jetted, will come with 12 months MOT.
All in this bike is a real bit of kit . No expense spared in building it with all the best parts to get the a fantastic bike with the classic XR750 Flat Track look . A lot of time and effort has gone into this build , bike sounds unreal and rides very well .
