Frame stripped of all redundant brackets/lugs and centre stand, bead blasted and powder coated grey with subtle metal flake.
Swing arm modified and braced to take a 140 tyre , blasted and powder coated.
Forks all redundant lugs removed smoothed and polished.
Wheels new flanged alloy rims , new spokes on lightened vapour blasted and lacquered hubs fitted with Maxis Dtr1 tyres 140/80/19 rear , 130/80/19 front.
Bespoke alloy battery box powder coated black, bespoke dash cowl with Gps speedo.
Stainless Steel rear mudguard with Billet alloy housed led rear light.
Bespoke Diamond stitched leather seat.
Flat Track Handlebars with billet alloy adjustable levers.
Alloy race number plates with LED front marker lights.
4 pot front brake caliper on lightened disc.

Engine bored to 700cc, raised compression, 1mm bigger inlet and exhaust valves, 277 degree re phased crankshaft , Shell no1 camshaft, billet alloy inlet stubs with new Mikuni Carb’s and foam filters.
Engine stripped vapour blasted and side cases polished, external oil filter conversion, electronic ignition.
Hand made Exhaust with reverse megaphone silencer fully Cermachrome coated.
All engine parts supplied by Smedspeed .
